WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM SENIOR APOSTLE JOHN CHI
Dear people of God, anytime you are calling the name of Jesus, you must know the value of the said name. Today, many continue to call the name without knowing its value. People are hungry to see the name of Jesus Christ in action and are not interested in philosophers or theologians on the pulpit.
We confess the Word but deny its power. Empty profession cannot save us. Today, our declarations lack the ability to bring Jesus Christ on the scene. It is not every believer (prayer warrior, Pastor, etc.) that can bring Jesus Christ on the scene. Many are not armed spiritually and use the pulpit to display hostilities against others.  Such was the case with the seven sons of Sceva. They  had authority but lacked the corresponding power.
We are not called upon to fight flesh and blood. We are rather fighting spiritual forces that cause tensions in our marriages, businesses, etc. When the enemy strikes you with pride, humility becomes your protection against the enemy. Love is always a weapon against the hatred of an enemy. The name Jesus brings awareness. It gives faith where there is pride. Why compare with others?
Many preach and boast about the knowledge of God but do not seem to hear from Him. Authority without power is worthless. Many men of God have authority over their members but not such over demons. Even in the secular world, we have leaders without power. We therefore need corresponding power to work hand in hand with God. Jesus Christ, our Saviour did not only have authority over evil spirits. He equally had the power to forces such spirits out of people.
